What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collaboration Engineer position at Sentinel?
Responsibilities
Sentinel is looking for a collaboration engineer for our client in Chicago. This person would be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Call Manager, Unity, IP phones and network infrastructure, specifically Cisco UC, Call Manager, Data Center presence server and contact center express. This role requires you to be onsite at our client location in the Chicago, IL loop area.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in network development and IP management is required
- 5 years experience with call manager (version 10.x) and Unity is required
- Strong understanding of end to end support services
- Advanced skill level Microsoft office
- Experience with remote monitoring tools
- CCNA or CCNP is preferred
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
