What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Host position at Seoul Kitchen?
Seoul Kitchen is a modern Asian restaurant in Westford, MA. We specialize in Korean cuisine, sushi and craft cocktails. Our ambiance is upscale; we strive to provide an inviting and personal experience for each of our guests.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Host to join our front of house team. Candidates must have a passion to create and facilitate genuine human connections. Candidates must have at least 2 years of restaurant experience. Candidates must also embrace and embody our core values:

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and seating guests
- Leading, managing, and accountability
- Coordinating reservations and waitlists
- Taking takeout orders
- Training other hosts
In addition to an hourly wage of $18-$23 per hour, hosts will receive tips from takeout. Overall, hosts will make on average $22-$27 an hour. If this sounds like a good fit for you, don't hesitate to apply!
