Real Estate Transaction Manager

The Serene Team, $100 mil producing residential real estate team and preferred residential real estate team of the Los Angeles Clippers, is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Manager to oversee the contract-to-close process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple deadlines, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences. $65,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Manage the entire transaction process from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between clients, agents, title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Maintain meticulous transaction records and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with team members and external partners to resolve any issues and keep transactions on schedule.
• Regularly update clients and stakeholders on transaction progress, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Identify opportunities to improve the transaction process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Use digital tools and software to track and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

• 2 years of experience in real estate transactions, coordination, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, compliance requirements, and closing procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client service.
• Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, or similar platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
