Job Description
We are seeking a Haitian Creole-speaking Master’s-level clinician to join our outpatient mental health team. This role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to children, adults, and families in a supportive, community-centered setting.
The ideal candidate is passionate about culturally responsive care and interested in trauma-informed practice. Pre-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply, with supervision toward licensure available.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Support clients experiencing trauma, stress, and life transitions
- Deliver services using a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Provide services in person and via telehealth as appropriate
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure not required
- Supervision toward licensure available
- Fluency in Haitian Creole (required)
- Experience or strong interest in working with trauma, developmental disabilities, and diverse populations

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
