Qualifications
- Prior dental front office or customer service experience is a must
- Knowledge of Medicaid/PPO insurance plans
- Familiar with dental terminology
- Experience with insurance verification, treatment planning, and prior authorizations
- Phone etiquette
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Open Dental software experience is a plus
- A willingness to travel to our sister location 15 minutes away
