What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at Serenity Hospice (2)?

SERENITY HOSPICE, a Medicare Certified Hospice Agency located in Stow, Ohio and serving seven counties is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescribing rights to assist our agencies and its patients with our hospice program completing face to face and recertification visits. The ideal candidates will possess excellent assessment and communication skills as well as a working knowledge of hospice regulations specific to the role of a Nurse Practitioner. One year of hospice experience is preferred. Must have a current Ohio driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel.

  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) (Preferred)
