Territory is Portland Oregon, or Central Willamette Valley
Full-time (this is a FLSA Exempt position)
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
As part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to providing healing and hope to patients, families, and communities affected by substance use disorder, Managers of Outreach at Serenity Lane:
- Travel throughout assigned territory to provide outreach service to existing referents, clients, and organizations.
- Promote Serenity Lane ideals and culture in a positive and profitable manner.
- Work with marketing and outreach teams to develop strategies to grow market share.
- Deliver presentations to individuals and organizations.
- Schedule and conduct tours for referents and potential referents.
- Gather and deliver market intelligence from the field in order to develop internal strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Three years’ experience as a sales representative or similar role desired.
- Knowledge of the treatment industry preferred.
Plus but not required
- Certifications/license in one of the following: MA, C.N.A, RN, LPN and/or CADC.
Education:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum three years in the field of behavioral health required.
