Job Overview:
As FP&A Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role at the intersection of finance and operations, powering strategic decision-making across ecommerce, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain for a digitally-driven apparel business undergoing global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning processes: annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term strategic models
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models across revenue streams (B2C Ecommerce, Wholesale, International), Gross Margin, G&A, and Profitability
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Wholesale) to analyze campaign ROI, product performance, and the overall impact on revenue and profitability
- Deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards, articulating variances and strategic insights to senior leadership
- Drive scenario analysis and support strategic initiatives such as product launches, collaborations, and market expansion, providing actionable financial insights for decision‑making
- Design and implement KPI dashboards that align financial performance with business objectives, enabling leadership to respond quickly to trends
- Serve as a key finance partner to the executive team, translating financial insights into strategic recommendations
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA or CPA a plus
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A or financial analytics within ecommerce, DTC apparel, or retail
- Proven financial modeling expertise and proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in integrating data from NetSuite, Shopify, and other analytics/reporting platforms.
- Excellent ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for non‑finance stakeholders
- Composed communicator with attention to detail and strategic mindset
- Comfortable in fast-paced digital retail environment with frequent launches, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration
The Salary Range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000
