Product Lead

We are seeking a talented Product Lead to drive a team within our new go-to-market division squarely focused on rapid prototyping and driving AI-powered mobile game products to market. You must have a passion for start-up rhythms and working alongside your teammates at record pace. You will play a key role in helping drive product strategy within the division, building out a number of different concepts through rigorous testing and iteration, and bringing novel experiences to market that serve the needs of our player communities.

Your role as Product Lead will be a dynamic blend of product strategy, production, game systems design, and marshaling a senior development team to rapidly “find the fun” while also ensuring the business case aligns with the broader corporate strategy. Beyond your small elite team, you will work closely with other product leads as well as divisional leadership to bring the next wave of Series’ AI-powered games to market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with our go-to-market goals and business objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless product launches and updates.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features, user engagement, and monetization strategies.
• Agile Environment: Operate effectively in an agile setting, adapting to change and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy.
  
  

The Ideal You

• Experience: Proven track record as a product lead or similar role in the gaming industry, preferably in mobile games (5 years).
• Scrappiness: Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal resources and thrive under ambiguity.
• Proactivity: Strong self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates opportunities and challenges.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mind with experience using data to drive insights and decisions.
• Passion for Gaming: Deep understanding of the gaming landscape and a genuine passion for creating exceptional player experiences.
