Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between various departments.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry as needed.
- Maintain front desk and office supplies inventory, placing orders when required.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person and provide accurate information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a relevant administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
