We are expanding our Patient Services team and welcome Registered Nurses from across the U.S. to join us on-site at our Mount Laurel, NJ headquarters within our Patient Services Operations division. Whether you are local or considering relocation, this role offers stability, growth, and meaningful patient impact. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree (4-year degree)3 to 7 years of nursing experienceActive and clear RN license from any U.S. stateExcellent verbal communication and articulation of complex medical informationIntermediate to advanced computer proficiencyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamParticipate in required training, which includes overnight travel STRONGLY PREFERREDTelephonic or non-clinical patient services experienceUnderstanding of drug prescription insurance reimbursement processes A PLUSCase management experienceInterest in career growth or leadership development ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will support patients and caregivers navigating chronic and rare disease therapies. This role is full-time and on-site, centered on patient education and assistance via telephonic and digital support of the patient journey. RESPONSIBILITIESEngage with patients and caregivers via inbound/outbound calls and digital communicationProvide education and guidance on therapeutic and insurance coverage optionsFollow clinical protocols, approved scripts, and insurance screening processesUse only client-approved materials for all communicationsIdentify and escalate Adverse Events according to SOPsAccurately document all interactions within software systemsParticipate in company and client-required training, which includes overnight travelCollaborate with supervisors and teammates in a structured office setting but allowing for your innovative ideas to be heard! Job Type: Full-time / On SiteCompany DescriptionAbout Serva Health:Serva Health provides high-touch Patient Services programs to pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
