The Clinical Account Executive (CAE) manages the needs of Serve You Rx pharmacy benefit management (PBM) clients by overseeing program administration in the areas of utilization management, plan design, drug coverage, and other drivers of trend. The CAE works collaboratively with the account team to grow client, broker, TPA, and consultant relationships from the time of implementation through overseeing each renewal, as well as through supporting product development, product improvement, and upselling activities that drive client cost savings, beneficial health outcomes, and company profitability.

What You'll Do
As the Clinical Account Executive, you will be:
- Actively managing the day-to-day clinical account services for assigned accounts.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, brokers, third-party administrators, and consultants, including through the presentation of trend data, demonstration of clinical program value, plan design recommendations, and other interactions. Lead efforts in achieving goals on upselling clinical programs. Assisting in renewal and finalist presentations.
- Leading the development of compelling clinical reporting, analytics, presentations, pipeline information, and other content that accurately reflects clinical intent and drives adoption or demonstrates the value of clinical programs.
- Researching, resolving, and responding to requests for information about drug therapy, the formulary, clinical programs, and other escalated clinical issues and inquiries.
- Participating in the administration of the Serve You Rx suite of clinical programs such as drug utilization review, prior authorization review, health outcomes measurement, disease state management, care management, specialty drug management, and other programs.
- Assisting with revision or completion of new or existing proposal content as assigned.
- Achieving goals related to client satisfaction.
- Delivering prescription drug and benefits education across formats, including live, via webinar, health fair, 'lunch-n-learn,' and other employee/stakeholder meetings, and in writing.
- Complying with company policies.
- Performing other duties and projects as assigned.
- PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Minimum of two years of work experience and/or combination of pharmacy practice residency and work experience, including at least one year of experience in managed care or clinical pharmacy practice.
- Minimum of one year of clinical account management experience in the PBM industry.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- An active and current pharmacist license in the home state of residency that is in good standing and has no restrictions.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and personal insurance liability coverage, as required.
