- Performs day-to-day data entry functions and general office duties including, but limited to copying, and answering incoming calls.
- Verify accuracy on all on billing.
- Verifies all information is keyed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Enter ordering using client’s computer systems and providing timely and accurate processing.
- Responds to customer inquiries on delivery information.
- Scan documents and print and filing.
- One year experience.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to accurately enter data entry.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- High school degree or equivalent.
