This position would be responsible for dispatching to their assigned technicians and assisting the technicians in communication to the customer base and assisting office personal in the proper flow of tasks. This position will also be responsible for taking regular inventory of company vehicles. The position assists our field staff in covering on call, weekends, and holidays. This dispatcher will assist our staff to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely completion of services performed with a positive team attitude. This is a part- or full-time position and requires weekend availability.
Functions
- Provide a positive team attitude to our staff
- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers and vendors
- Research and resolve customer issues as they arise
- Dispatching their assigned technicians their calls and providing them with history on the account
- Learning how to assign calls to the proper tech
- Ensure that techs are properly entering all information in correct places
- Working with multiple technicians to quote new equipment and/or repairs while technicians are in the field
- Accounts receivable collections
- Research and procure parts when requested, as well as scheduling of repair to complete the job
- Properly documenting all equipment and related information into estimate sheets
- Distribution of paperwork to office and field staff daily
- Assisting with dispatch and phones as needed
- Scheduling of install teams as needed
- Taking inventory of company vehicles as needed
- Scheduling additional equipment to perform job as needed
- Resolving customer complaints as needed and/or bringing it to the attention of management for resolution

Requirements
Strong Computer Skills using Microsoft Office Products
Fast, Hands on Learner
Extremely organized
Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
Ability to communicate well with Customers
Ability to receive ongoing training and direction
Well-groomed and Business casual attire expected
Able to learn and retain large amounts of Information
Team player to ultimately ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to use a multi-line telephone system as well as a company cell
Valid driver’s license
Monday -Friday with weekend availability and a flexible schedule during peak seasonal hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
