Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Coordinator at ServiceMaster Advantage in Lodi, CA. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for program SLA management, communication, customer service, assisting with project management, file documents, scheduling, and supporting role on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Program Management and Project Management skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Program Development
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiencys in Microsoft Office suite, Restore, drop box, (Xactimate and Mica would be beneficial not necessary)
- Previous experience in the restoration or service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
