As a locally owned franchise, our relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and vendors are the backbone of our success.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated, personable, and organized Part-Time Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow our network of referral partners in the Tri-Cities area (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, Sunnyside, Prosser). This is a relationship-driven role focused on maintaining and nurturing our existing accounts—primarily insurance agents, property managers, and plumbers—with the goal of increasing referral volume. You’ll also identify new partnership opportunities within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with existing referral partners through in-person visits, calls, and email communication
- Drop off marketing materials, thank-you gifts, or visit partners to check in and build rapport
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions as needed
- Track visits, feedback, and referral activity using CRM or tracking tools
- Collaborate with our leadership and operations team to ensure we deliver on promises and reinforce trust with partners
- Identify and approach potential new partners to grow our network
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the Tri-Cities area
- Previous experience in customer service preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to represent our brand professionally and positively in the community
