What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Care Technician position at ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by Alliance?
Position Summary Lead Tech: To perform assigned cleaning tasks related to specializedfloor care promptly, with a positive attitude, and efficiently. Possess the expertise to effectively manage specialized floor care jobs and technicians working with you.
Minimum Experience of 3 Years required for stripping and waxing of VCT.
* This position is a supervisor position for employees working on assigned projects jobs. Other
lead tech positions are a counterpart for this position. This role does not have supervisor oversight over other lead tech positions.
Schedule: This is a full-time position with a need for flexibility to maintain a changing schedule. Technicians work 8-10 hour days, five days a week. Shift typically start 2nd shift or 3rd shift with occasional daytime starts.
