We are looking for a Construction Division Manager to join our construction division to oversee the day to day operations of the construction division and to produce construction large loss projects.
Compensation:

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand ServiceMaster operating systems and the services we offer
- Represent the company to create lasting impressions with our clients and differentiates us from our competition
- Ensure the overall health of the division.
- Grow the division profitably.
- Train and motivate division staff.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency.
- Customer retention and resolution
- Write estimates and follow up on open bids with customers/clients
- Keep all jobs within budget, schedule employees and coordinate with customers and other departments
- Create and cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters
- Work with account receivables.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous project management is required, preferably in the construction
- Experience and skill with Microsoft© Office application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
- Comfortable with using multiple types of software
- Personal time management and organizational skills
- Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
- Team Player
- Good work ethic
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must have valid and clean driving record
- Must be able to adhere to COVID guidelines and requirements
