We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Level 1 IT Technician to join our support team onsite at our Chatsworth, CA office. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for IT who is eager to grow their hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network troubleshooting in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

- Serve as the first point of contact for internal user support via phone, ticketing system, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment
- Provide user support for Microsoft 365 applications, Windows OS, and common enterprise tools
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks, including account setup and hardware preparation
- Document work clearly in the ticketing system and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper asset tracking
- Follow company procedures and contribute to documentation and knowledge base
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or IT certifications preferred (CompTIA A , ITIL)
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles (internships and school-based experience welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and desktop support fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
- Ability to work onsite full-time and lift up to 30 lbs as needed for equipment setup
- Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Experience working in an enterprise or managed service provider environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Hourly Rate: $25 - $35, depending on experience
