Applicants must have good communication skills, the ability to work well with others, a valid drivers license, a mode of transportation, and safe driving record. Applicants must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and eventually be willing to take call (we are on call 24-7). It is preferred that applicants be WRT certified and have worked in the water/fire/mold restoration industry before but it’s not a must. If the applicant does not have experience in the mitigation/restoration industry, it would be preferred that the applicant have background experience in construction or some kind of technical trade.
