What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Estimator position at SERVPRO of Southern Cuyahoga?
SERVPRO® of Southern Cuyahoga, is the premier fire and water cleanup and restoration company in Northwest Ohio. We are expanding and seeking an experienced Construction Estimator.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to scope and estimate construction projects.
- Reviews job scope and estimate with Project Manager and insurance representative to obtain approval to begin projects.
- Ensures all proper paperwork and documentation are in order for job file.
- Maintains excellent communication with all involved parties throughout the job.
- Work with Project Manager on updating billing throughout progress of job.
- Scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO Franchise production guidelines
Requirements:
- Xactimate experience ***REQUIRED***
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work without supervision
