Primary Responsibilities
Inventory and supervise packing/loading customer’s contents into moving trailer.
Prepare rooms/areas of the warehouse for work activities. Set up a staging area and inventory customer’s contents using our software and tablet.
Leave Residential and/or Commercial jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines.
Ensure clear two-way communication with technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns) and office staff.
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave warehouse with a clean and orderly appearance.
Maintain a clean warehouse
Experience towing a 25ft trailer is not required but will increase pay rate
Position Requirements
Effective oral communication
Basic math skills
Valid Driver’s License & Transportation to and from work
High school diploma/GED
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
