Food Service Worker Lead

Job Summary
Lead Food Service Worker oversees daily operations in a food service environment, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency. This role involves supervising team members, managing tasks, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring food service staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Assigning tasks, managing schedules, and assisting with staff training.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with management to order supplies as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior food service experience is required.
