What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Services Support position at SET Environmental Inc?
Environmental Services Support at SET Environmental is responsible to:
- Complete general support of the customer service team to include:
- Data entry of waste profiles into Wastrak (SET Connect) system
- Data entry into OPT to include job number issuance and PO entry
- Generation of Bill of Ladings, Waste Manifests and Container Labels
- Preparation of job files required for job completion
- Cross training on selected accounts for backup purposes
- Support of emergency response spill brokers
- Miscellaneous tasks to include filing, research and detail gathering
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in the hazardous waste industry preferred
- Must have strong organization skills
- Must have strong computer skills that can be demonstrated, that include use of Excel, Word, MS email, etc.
- Wastrak (SET Connect) and OPT experience preferred
- Must have the ability to effectively support and interact with multiple individuals concurrently
- Must have a strong attention to detail
