Nestled along the banks of the Sugar River in the charming village of Paoli, Wisconsin, just 20 minutes from downtown Madison, Seven Acre Dairy Company is a historic cheese factory that’s been lovingly restored and reimagined as a modern-day dairy destination, with an 8-room boutique hotel, restaurant, and indoor and outdoor event space.

THE CAFEOur Cafe takes its inspiration from Wisconsin's love of dairy, with its own butter and ice cream kitchen producing dairy products from local farmers and counter service focused on serving soft serve ice cream, alongside coffee, beer, and specialty salads and sandwiches. The Cafe also features a grab-and-go and retail area. Guests can get quick snacks and beer to enjoy on the property and purchase retail items to take home.

Cafe team members at Seven Acre Dairy Company prepare a variety of quality food and beverage items–including coffee drinks, ice cream treats, baked goods, sandwiches, salads–while showing our guests true Midwestern hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Attending to customers: welcoming them, answering questions, taking orders, and accepting payments. Overall, giving superior customer service to our guests. Preparing foods and beverages: such as sandwiches and salads, baked goods, crafting drinks, and serving our soft serve ice cream. Maintain a tidy work area: behind the counter and the cafe seating area. This includes but is not limited to: restocking, sanitizing, taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
