Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Arranges and schedules project services and care providers for assigned population groups to optimize use of available talent and resources; and, as necessary, provides project services to clients. Develops tracking and reporting methods that specifically address individual project needs or problematic areas and present to project leadership. Provides orientation materials and information to personnel regarding organizational goals and procedures, applicable regulations and standards, and care administration techniques and procedures. Monitors project activity levels and resulting quantitative and qualitative data to ensure compliance with project's contractual requirements; identifies training and professional development needs and areas for expanding services. Assists in designing effective procedures to maintain and document project procedures. Maintains accurate records relating to project's services and personnel. Monitors project's expenses and revenues; develops strategies for meeting related budgetary goals. Assists to identify and develop project charters, with lists of realistic deliverables and goals/objectives. EDUCATION Minimum high school diploma or GED with additional training; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field preferred. Must possess thorough knowledge of addictions client population, and applicable regulations and standards. Good project management skills. Must be highly organized. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to take multiple tasks to completion at similar timeframes. EXPERIENCE One to two years experience with a high school diploma or equivalent and 18 months additional education or training, or six months years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Position has no unusual physical demands. Typical office environment.
