Front-of-House Manager
Seven Doors Kitchen & Cocktails – The Colony, Texas
Seven Doors Kitchen & Cocktails is a locally owned restaurant known for serving scratch-made food, handcrafted cocktails, and providing a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Front-of-House Manager to join our leadership team and help elevate the guest experience while supporting and developing our FOH team members.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily FOH operations and ensure outstanding guest service
- Model genuine hospitality and coach your team to do the same
- Address guest concerns with care and create solutions for long-term improvements
- Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
- Set clear expectations and consistently follow up with the team
- Drive sales and performance through team motivation and leadership
- Run fun, efficient, and energetic shifts — always with Love & Gratitude
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of team training and development
- Natural leadership and teamwork abilities
- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must have or be willing to obtain Manager ServSafe and alcohol server certifications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
