Seven Oaks Country Club is a private country club that provides dining, golf, tennis and swimming facilities for our members. Our corporate office is in Beaver, Pennsylvania.

Grille Room Server

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service in our newly renovated dining room to Members and guests, thus ensuring satisfaction and Member retention. They are responsible for greeting Members and guests promptly while always exhibiting a high level of hospitality. Servers must have a passion for hospitality and Member satisfaction. A positive service-oriented attitude, a pleasant personality and the ability to meet and/or exceed our guest's expectations are required

• Utilize Point of Sale
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes (as needed).
• Learns the names and personally recognize our members.
• Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system.
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable).
• Wash and sterilize glassware.
• Clear and reset tables in bar area.
• Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by your immediate supervisor.
