Rate: $3,000 Weekly

Shift: 36hrs - 3x12hrs - Nights

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in telemetry to join our healthcare team at our facility in Burlington, MA. As an RN Telemetry, you will be responsible for providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and the nursing team to ensure the best possible care and outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret patient telemetry data, recognizing any changes or abnormalities and taking appropriate actions as required.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate the outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and track patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and modify the patient care plan, ensuring the provision of comprehensive and efficient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Provide emotional support and create a compassionate environment for patients and their families.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
• Stay updated with advancements in nursing and healthcare practices through continuous professional development and trainings.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) may be required depending on facility policy.
• Minimum of 18 months of experience in medical-surgical nursing; telemetry experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education
