We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MedSurg/Tele RN) to join our team in Beverly, MA. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with medical and post-surgical conditions.
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry data and patient vitals.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff by adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (or eligibility for MA licensure).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in interpreting telemetry strips and recognizing cardiac rhythms.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to patient needs.
