What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Severn Management Company?

Property Management company is seeking a maintenance technician who will perform routine maintenance and repairs. The successful candidate will have basic carpentry, plumbing, heating, mechanical and electrical skills. Previous maintenance experience required. The candidate must also possess a valid driver's license and have own vehicle and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Lewes, DE: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $18 - $24
