The Landscape Department Manager is the primary manager for all landscape installation team members. The primary focus of this position is to ensure client satisfaction through sales, production management, plant and material procurement, equipment management, and personnel management.

Responsibilities (Outcomes) Improve Client Satisfaction
- Communication
- Meet Landscape sales goals
- Site Quality Visits
- Production Evaluation
- Evaluations for each team member
- Field and Safety Training
- Implement weekly field and safety training sessions for assigned crews.
- Truck and Equipment Management
- Actively supervise the equipment management system within the first 90 days.
- Repairs
- Maintenance
- SPH Management (Sales per Hour)
- Evaluate client pricing to improve SPH.

Education/Experience*
- Associates Degree or above preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in the Green Industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
