Job Description:
The analysis, design, development, and implementation of new programs and systems for our IBMi OS/400 platform, which was recently migrated to the cloud. The maintenance of existing programs and systems. User and helpdesk support is required when on-site. Project work will be performed while working remotely from home. Will work closely with existing ERP Analyst and report directly to the IT Director.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years programming experience
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Experience in application development on IBMi OS/400 platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Excellent problem solving, programming, and organizational skills
- Must be fluent in English
Programming Languages: (Preferred)
- RPG
- SQL (Structured Query Language)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Programming: 4 years (Required)
- Manufacturing Programming Environment: 4 years (Preferred)
- IBMi OS/400 platform: 2 years (Required)
