SERVPRO of Palo Alto provides 24-hour residential and commercial services for emergencies large and small. As a locally owned and operated business, we serve the following Bay Area communities: Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City, Menlo Park, and Stanford. SERVPRO of Palo Alto is dedicated to being faster to any size disaster, with a highly trained staff, advanced restoration equipment, and expertise to handle restoration and cleaning needs. SERVPRO of Palo Alto specializes in water damage, fire damage, mold mitigation, smoke and soot damage, and cleanup.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Oversee company processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs
· Manage relationships with key stake holders such as Adjusters, Service Providers, Property Managers
· Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO® of Palo Alto production guidelines
· Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies
· Train, manage, and recruit production personnel
· Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity.
· Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently
Position Requirements:
- Familiar with Xactimate for building estimates and final billing
- Comfortable with technology such as iPads, computers for both field and office use
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- Experience in cleaning/ Water, Fire, Mold restoration preferred
- Experience with insurance
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred (WTR/ASD/FRE), Water, Fire, Mold.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Pay Rate:
Competitive salary based on experience. $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 (based on experience) plus bonus
