Our family-focused Oral and Maxillofacial surgery office located in San Francisco is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented part time position Sterilization Technician to help us grow our practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced service-oriented team. We are looking for someone to come in 4 days/ week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays)
Perfect for the student or entry level candidate with great communication skills, written and verbal, and enjoys working closely with others. A Sterilization Tech performs a variety of office maintenance tasks, including daily sterilization, general cleaning, and front office prep. This person is key to promoting a safe and harmonious environment for staff, doctors, and patients.
Duties
Sterilization (Sterilizing instruments daily, cleaning all operatories and suction lines, prepping surgical trays)
General Cleaning (Cleaning all areas of office, restocking all operatories and sterilization areas, launder scrubs daily)
Front Office Prep (preparing charts, assisting needs of front staff as needed, miscellaneous clerical assistance)
