Our Roanoke office is currently seeking a successful candidate having a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis on HVAC systems and project designs for buildings. P.E. registration, with the ability to be registered in multiple states is required. Candidate will have solid background in HVAC systems design coursework, preferably 8 years of experience in commercial and residential building design. Knowledge of the ASHRAE standards, NFPA and IBC codes, in addition to experience with analysis and layout of HVAC systems, hydronic piping, air distribution and HVAC products and materials. The position requires performance of all aspects of mechanical engineering as it relates to individually assigned projects. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, the following:
