Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Billing Supervisor for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Minot, ND .
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for management and oversight of Clinic laboratory clerical and reimbursement staff, daily operation and data quality.
- Manages the lab's Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN) program, patient registration, client billing, order entry and order activation process to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Provides leadership for education, change management and a commitment to high quality standards.
- Ensures provision of high quality, cost-effective and customer-focused service by listening, responding, and following up with both internal and external customers.
