Primary role of this 1st shift position is to setup, operate and take down equipment and machinery that is designated to the Finishing department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess daily priorities and customer deadlines.
- Set up and load machines.
- Operate equipment proficiently.
- Develop and execute efficient workflows.
- Trouble shoot problems and find a solution.
- Quality assurance on all jobs
- Always keep an organized and clean workspace.
- Cutting, padding, binding, drilling, stitching, etc.
- Work safely
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous equipment operation experience in the print industry.
- Basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Critical thinking
- Proficiency in reading measurements
- Basic math
- Read and follow instructions.
- Self-motivated and team player
- Knowledge of print industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $20 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
