What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Appraiser position at Shackelford & Associates?
Shackelford and Associates is looking to add a commercial real estate appraiser to its current staff. MAI designated and certified appraisers preferred but appraiser trainees with commercial appraisal experience will also be considered.
Job provides additional flexibility with the option of working out of our Greenville or Raleigh office. Fee splits vary based on certification level and experience, and are very competitive.
