Key Responsibilities
Room Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and tidy guest rooms daily, including changing linens, vacuuming floors, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team or supervisor.
Common Area Cleaning- Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas as scheduled.
- Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment.
Guest Service- Respond promptly to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows).
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Compliance & Safety- Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
- Follow hotel policies on key control and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
