What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard position at Shadow Hills Country Club?
Seeking seasonal Lifeguard to help create special memories for our guests while upholding the highest level of customer service. The busy season is Memorial weekend through Labor Day. The hours vary with events so a flexible schedule is necessary.
Job Requirements:
The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons at the pool by preventing and responding to emergencies. Must have Lifeguard Certification.
Duties include:
- Must possess current American Red Cross or Starguard Lifeguard Training Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively with other lifeguards, country club members and staff
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Performs various duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
Details:
Pool hours are 11AM to 7PM 7 days a week Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hours vary based on events.
Opening and Closing shifts available. We are offering $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Option for giving Private Swim Lessons as additional income.
