Job Title: Bartender/Server
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, creating delicious beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, handling cash transactions, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- replenish stock as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred but will train
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
Pay is 7 an hour Plus tips .We also do events and pay on that can vary Plus tips on those events.
We are a private country Club .So you deal with the same members daily. We are looking for people willing to work 25 hours plus more if you can .MUST be open to weekends as needed also. When it comes to scheduling we are pretty flexible .The money is there if you are willing to work..
