The work we do, building families, offers stimulation, challenge, and personal reward.We have an immediate opening for a Weekend Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. The schedule is every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay range for this position is $36 to $42 per hour. How You'll Contribute:We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Fertility RN Coordinator is responsible for:Assisting with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patientsProviding patient/couple counselingTeaching about procedures and how to administer injectionsScheduling treatment after initial and follow up visitsCoordinating patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocolsEstablishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' familiesWhat You'll Bring:IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be providedValid RN licenseExperience working with electronic medical records a mustHigh level of customer service essential and must be a self-starterA minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position More important than the best skills, however, is the right person.
