Your Mission:

• Run the Plumbing Division like you own it. Full accountability, full authority.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent—no clingers, no passengers.
• Coach up or coach out—every team member either grows or goes.
• Hit your numbers—efficiency, customer reviews, revenue, profitability.
• Stay in the field—job site audits, team check-ins, in-person accountability.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to build unstoppable momentum.

You Bring:

• 5 years of plumbing experience (residential or commercial).
• 2 years of management or crew leadership.
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license (or the drive to get one).
• Confidence, energy, and a playbook for winning.
• A personal standard that makes other people level up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
