Job description
Here at Stephen Anthony's we are looking for dynamic Applicants with years experience in full service environment, to run along with the general manager and to over see the wait staff, will include but not limited to training, keeping up with wait staff side work check list ect.
Our Lead Server should bring a positive attitude and be able to interact with staff & guests with enthusiasm, promoting new ideas with a fresh perspective.
Knowledge of Full Restaurant service is a requirement . Bartending experience is preferred.
Weekends and Holidays are a requirement.
Strong time management skills and accuracy to deal with a variety of duties according to schedule.

Head servers spend a good deal of time on their feet moving around the facility. Being sufficiently strong and graceful to maneuver trays and other items without causing a disaster is mandatory.

Delivering Food
At the core of the head server’s job is just that – serving. Head servers ask diners what they want to eat and bring the correct food in the proper sequence to the table.
Monitoring Staff
Head servers are not classified as managers, but they do coordinate the actions of others to keep operations flowing. They may assign opening and closing duties, send individuals to retrieve items such as a forgotten salad or a new fork, instruct them to refill water glasses, and perform other services that contribute to positive dining.
