Key Qualifications:
- Background in construction management, with preference for school construction and maintenance experience (not required).
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams and projects.
- Proficiency in technology relevant to construction and facilities management.
- Extensive experience in all facets of construction and building maintenance.
- Preferred experience with:
- Union negotiations and administration of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
- School construction, bonds, and public financing programs.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant trade experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current clearances (required upon offer).
