What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Shaner Investments Hotel?

Looking for team members to greet our guests and visitors with a warm smile, friendly attitude to make them feel welcome.  Front Desk associates must provide superior guest service and complete knowledge of all hotel features, services and hours of operation, as well as local information and directions for our guests. Main duties include: Check In/Out guests; Processes all payments according to established hotel requirements; Makes room reservations over the phone; Provides information and services to guests and visitors; Deliver guest requests.
