Job Summary / Purpose
Plans, organizers, monitors, coordinates, and conducts training activities effectively in order to update the performance of our employees to meet the hotel standard.
Always demonstrates impactable grooming and leads by example.
Facilitates the entire process of hiring and on onboarding new graduates.
Also assists in implementation of systems and programs in employee relations and revenue generation, thereby, assisting the DOHR and L&D Manager in accomplishing hotel and department goals and objectives.

Requirements
Native Japanese, English in business level
Minimum 5-year experience in training content development, training delivery, planning and analysis
Experience in recruiting advantage

Hotel Background advantage
