Job Summary:
Assist the Reimbursement Director in the accumulation of data and preparation of third party payer cost reports and audits; complete reimbursement performance analysis; assist with contractual provision and managed care payment review.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Finance, preferred
- Bachelors in Accounting, preferred
- 3-5 years of Medicare/Medicaid fiscal intermediary experience, required
- -OR- National For Profit Provider (HCA, Tenet, Community) experience
- -OR- CPA firm performing Cost Reporting services
- Membership in professional organization, such as HFMA and TAHFA, preferred within one (1) year of employment
