Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in the use of various diagnostic tools. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery, contributing to overall production efficiency. The Machine/Maintenance Technician will work closely with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.

Duties

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as ammeters, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to assess equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Fabricate parts as needed using welding techniques and other fabrication methods.
• Work with hydraulic systems to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with industrial mechanics and electricians for complex repairs and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in an industrial environment.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role as a Machine/Maintenance Technician or related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems, electrical components, and industrial machinery is preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
• Experience in fabrication and welding is a plus.
